Rakesh is educated in Bangalore and London and has built a 25-year professional career across India, the Middle East and Canada, working with some of the region’s most high-profile and award-winning architectural practices. His portfolio encompasses residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use developments, institutional projects, masterplans and urban interventions. During his international career, he played key roles in the design and delivery of landmark developments including The Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, the Al Tayer Motors Showroom in the UAE, and the Maple Leaf Quay mixed-use high-rise development in Toronto.
Holding a Master’s in Architecture, Energy & Sustainability from London, Rakesh is a passionate advocate for sustainable design and sees architecture as a vital contributor to environmental, economic and social sustainability. Having worked and travelled throughout Asia, Europe, Africa and North America, he brings a truly global approach to regional design solutions.
He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Arbitration Law from National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore.
In addition to his professional endeavours, he is currently an elected member of the National Council of The Indian Institute of Architects. He has served on the National Board of Education and Examinations of The Indian Institute of Architects. He also curates several professional forums and conferences for architects.

Prarthana graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Bangalore University and has since built an impressive career working with several award-winning architecture and interior design firms across India, the Middle East, and North America.
With over 23 years of experience, her expertise spans corporate, hospitality, and retail interior projects - covering the entire design process from concept development to project management.
A lifelong designer and avid traveller, Prarthana draws from diverse cultural and professional influences that shape her distinctive design philosophy. Her work reflects a balance of practicality, elegance, and minimalism, underscored by meticulous attention to detail.
She firmly believes in the principle, “Think simple – to reduce the whole of its parts into the simplest of terms, getting back to first principles.”
